Commitment to sustainability
ComplAi is deeply committed to sustainability. Being a pure software company our direct emissions through operations are very limited, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do our part to reduce overall CO2 emissions and impact to the planet.
Below you can find an overview of the initiatives we pursue, which we are constantly adding to as we continuously identify new ways to improve our operations.
Commitment to public and alternative forms of transportation
100% of our employees take either public transportation (i.e. trains, buss, subway) or alternative forms of transportation (i.e. bicycle or walking) to come into the office. We strive to have our offices easily accesible to public transportation routes to ensure we can continue to keep this winning streak going.
Refurbishment and reuse of IT equipment
As our IT equipment reaches the end of its life-cycle purpose for ComplAi we are committed to sourcing partners to help us refurbish the equipment for resale or leasing to other actors. ComplAi is currently in the process of identifying leasing partners who can automate this process for us as our team, and IT demands, grow.
Smart travel choices
ComplAi strives to avoid unnecessary airplane and long-distance travel through digital solutions. However, sometimes physical meetings are a necessity. To help mitigate the impact of these trips as much as possible, ComplAi has established clear travel guidelines for our employees to follow.
