Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive

The CSRD is an EU directive that builds upon and replaces the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD). All companies under CSRD are required to follow the directive’s reporting standards, also known as the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The CSRD consists of 12 ESRS’, of which are 2 cross-cutting and 10 are topical standards. In total they include around 1 200 requirements.
